Originally established in 2007, Truett Hurst’s property by the creek was sold in early 2024 by the board during the winery’s time as a publicly traded company. But in a heartening turn of events, founder Phil Hurst, in partnership with long-time friend, Ken Wilson, successfully reacquired the business and returned the winery back to its family roots. The purchase included all of the wine inventory and, most importantly, retained our incredible winemaker, Ross Reedy. Now, the tasting room has found a new home at 428 Hudson Street in downtown Healdsburg and has been renamed as the Truett Hurst Tasting Barn. Located just steps from downtown, this historic barn has been thoughtfully remodeled by Shawn E. Hall to capture the essence and laid-back charm of Dry Creek Valley.

Although we are not part of Wilson Artisan Wines (WAW), we do offer their wine club members a complimentary tasting for up to 4 individuals and a 10% discount on all wines.
We are open daily 11 am to 5 pm with our last tasting at 4 pm. Walkins are welcome but reservations are preferred. Reservations can be made from the Visit page of our website. For reservations of 8 or more, a large party fee may be applied to reserve your booking.
Outside food is permitted at the Tasting Barn with a minimum wine purchase for groups of 6 or less. Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed due to licensing and permits.
Cancellations may be made up to one hour before your reservation. Please note, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we cannot guarantee your appointment. For reservations of 8 or more, a large party fee may be applied to reserve your booking.
The sheep, goats and chickens remain at the Dry Creek property where they are lovingly cared for by the property’s new owner.
Well behaved children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please note, we do not have a children’s play area or entertainment for children. Children are NOT allowed at ticketed events.
Leashed dogs are welcome to sit with owners in areas with no carpets, sofas or lounge chairs. We ask that the dog remain on the leash the entire time of your visit and should the dog become disruptive, we may ask you to remove your dog. Dogs are NOT allowed at ticketed events.

There is no membership fee to join.
Quarterly members will receive allocations February, May, September and November. Bi-Annual members will receive allocations March and November. We try to run the clubs on or near the first of the month. If you’ve joined after this date, you will receive your first allocation in the next club run.
Yes, we will notify you in advance, via email, before processing your club shipment. You will have an opportunity to review your account information and wine selections, customize your order and make any additional changes to your billing or shipping details. Once your payment is processed, your wines typically ship out the following week. For more details about processing dates and shipping schedules each season, please contact our Wine Club team.
Yes, you can! We’ll notify you via email when your Club shipment is ready for your review. Sign in to your account online to customize. You will see the wines we’ve curated for the current wine club shipment, and you may choose other wines should you want to substitute or add wines you would like to have. Please note that any exchanges must be of equal or greater value. You can also update your billing and or shipping address, delivery date, and shipping method. Changes made to your order will not automatically apply to future orders. To make a permanent change to your account information please update via Club Subscriptions. If you require assistance, please contact our Wine Club team.
Yes! You can request a hold on your account for a shipment or season. We can also work with you to delay a shipment to accommodate your schedule. Please reach out to our Wine Club team directly to facilitate these requests.

To receive your Club Member discount on online purchases, simply sign in using the email address on file for your membership. If you signed up in our tasting room, an account will be created for you with the email address provided on your wine club application, and you will be sent an initial login email. If you did not receive this email, please contact our Wine Club team and we will gladly assist you.
Wine Club Members are welcome to bring guests with them for wine tasting, experiences, and events at the winery. Members must be present to enjoy the benefits, unless prior arrangements have been made to share the benefits with visiting friends or family. Please contact our Wine Club team to make arrangements.
