VIRTUAL COOKING WORKSHOP WITH CHEF CODY AND WINEMAKER ROSS!

December 2, 2021 from 5 – 6:30 pm PST

This Workshop will get you prepared for your holiday entertaining. Whether you’re a novice cook or an accomplished chef, these classes are a great way to expand your repertoire while enjoying the wines of Truett Hurst and VML.

VML 2018 Knowlton Farms Chardonnay with Mushroom Tempura & Pickled Chilies
Truett Hurst 2019 Estate Zinfandel with Short Rib Skewers and a Tomato/Soy Dressing
VML 2017 Svengali Syrah paid with Seared Duck, Dark Chocolate & Gorgonzola Toast & Orange Zest

The Workshop is complimentary with your purchase of the Holiday Wine Pairing Set (1 bottle each). The Zoom URL to use for the Workshop, the shopping list, and prep times will be provided one week before the class so you can be prepared to cook along with Chef Cody.  Be sure to order wine by November 24th to ensure timely delivery.
